How Does a DSCR Loan Work?

We calculate your DSCR by dividing the property’s monthly rental income by the monthly mortgage payment (PITIA).
If the result is 1.0 or higher, you may qualify.

Example:

$2,000 Rent ÷ $1,800 Loan Payment = 1.11 DSCR
